Vision
The Engineering Management and Auxiliary Services shall be known as the University’s strategic repository of raw data (One-Stop Shop) which is centered on data gathering, research, and analysis in hemming the threads of challenges that change has to offer from time to time to attain efficiency, effectiveness, productivity, and excellence beyond par.
Mission
To provide streamlined services to the University that is responsive to the changing needs of its environment adhering to the philosophy of “Leading through Thinking and Acting” The Engineering Management and Auxiliary Services is committed to deliver its Pledge of Service through the following mantra: — S Sustain the University’s potential to groom the youth and its stakeholders in achieving excellence — E Equalize opportunities as a result of change in the internal and external environments of the university — R Resonate efficiency, effectiveness and excellence, in the daily activities of its stakeholders as per plans implemented — V Verify and validate data in aid of policy making process through the determination key indicators to attain success in the workplace — I Initiate strategic plans in line with the Vision, Mission, Goals and Objectives of the University — C Coordinate with stakeholders the core competencies of the University in order to attain stability an orderly and systematic process — E Enhance and integrate all common endeavors into one Vision, Mission to attain stability and /or success in the University.
Goal and Objectives
- To initiate the development of plans that are responsive to the existing needs or obtaining circumstances of this institution
- To generate raw data from tangible and intangible variables for planning, assessment, analysis, research and implementation.
- To serve as fulcrum of the University in data and information bank to realize its VMGO.
