VISION
A leading gender-sensitive office that strongly advocates human rights protection and gender equality along with the programs and services of Urdaneta City University.
MISSION
Establish a community with efficient programs in curriculum, research, outreach, and extension that strongly advocates equality to all sexes and upholds human rights in all aspects of socio-economic development.
GOAL
The UCU – GAD aims to:
- 1.Equalize the status of all sexes in curriculum and program development, enhancement and training programs, policy-making, community development, and globalization.
- 2. Promote awareness of GAD programs and services with its mandates and policies.
- 3. Establish strong gender-sensitive responsive programs, training, and development in curriculum planning, research agenda, outreach, and extension programs.
- 4. Promote women's empowerment and establish productive livelihood programs for women in the community.
- 5. Promote children’s welfare and protection.
