Vision

A leading gender-sensitive office that strongly advocates human rights protection and gender equality along with the programs and services of Urdaneta City University.

Mission

Establish a community with efficient programs in curriculum, research, outreach, and extension that strongly advocates equality to all sexes and upholds human rights in all aspects of socio-economic development.

Goal

The UCU – GAD aims to:

1. Equalize the status of all sexes in curriculum and program development, enhancement and training programs, policy-making, community development, and globalization.
2. Promote awareness of GAD programs and services with its mandates and policies.
3. Establish strong gender-sensitive responsive programs, training, and development in curriculum planning, research agenda, outreach, and extension programs.
4. Promote women's empowerment and establish productive livelihood programs for women in the community.
5. Promote children’s welfare and protection.
